It has marvellous and fantastic location only a short distance to Lista di Spagna.

An enjoyable stay in September 2020. Really nice bed in the king room, plus climate control, a work desk, and a TV set with satellite channels. Only 5 minutes on foot from Venezia Santa Lucia railway station.

The location was easy to grand canal. Appreciated our rooms with the extended bathroom.

Travelled with my dog, spent 3 nights here and had an enjoyable stay. The staff was pleasant on arrival and throughout the stay. Magnificent location, a train station was next to the hotel. The property was next to Venice downtown.

It was clean, and the people were amazing. The breakfast was tasty with juice, hot coffee or tea, yogurt, so much to pick from. I came here for 4 nights and had a memorable stay...

Stayed in comfortable king room with bathroom. The super location was not very far from Lista di Spagna. It was located in a great area right by train station, a water taxi and everything, including the train station, an interesting place for me.

The hotel offered great location and professional service. It was conveniently located in the heart of the tourist district and close to major attractions. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had free wifi, which was a bonus for staying connected while exploring the city.

The breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests, causing inconvenience during peak hours. The wifi was also patchy, especially when more people were using it.

excellent location (5 minutes from the station), spacious clean room, staff is friendly, delicious coffee for breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. Permission to leave things after the check out.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being super close to the train station and within walking distance of the vaporetto stop. We were able to easily explore the popular area around the hotel. The room had a lift, which was a nice perk for the price range. The day staff was attentive and provided good service. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered a convenient location and decent amenities.

There were some issues with the night staff, and the shower didn't have any storage space for our items.

Size of the room, comfortable bed, close to the station. Breakfast is quite acceptable, even hotter - omelette and sausages. air conditioning was working well.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Venice and had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, close to the bus and train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room, although small, was perfect for my needs as I only used it for sleeping. The staff, particularly the brother and sister at the front desk, were extraordinarily helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions I had. One of the highlights was the nearby grocery store, where I could grab a drink or a bottle of wine at an affordable price. The hotel offered great value for money at a cost of $100 Euro per night, perfect for those on a budget. Despite some minor drawbacks such as an average breakfast and small room size, I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking value in Venice.

I didn't like that breakfast from 8:00. Usually breakfasts are from 7:00. We had a train at 8:12, so we didn't have breakfast.

Convenient and fairly clean place with superfriendly staff. The breakfasts with hot coffee or tea. Good location - minutes from Palazzo Labia. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown.
